- Harvesting of grapes and olives.
The grape harvest usually takes place at the end of September and in the first days of October and lasts about a week.
The olive harvest usually starts around 25 October and ends in the first days of December, but it can also be anticipated. Every two days we go to the mill to crush the olives and obtain the oil; it is therefore possible to visit the oil mill and taste the bruschetta with "L'Olio Novo" on the way back.
